- What did you like most?The room was spacious and the bed was very good. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly.
- Was there anything you didn't like?There was no atmosphere in the hotel, no bar for a late night drink returning from the city centre. The location is not good for public transport so required taxis in and out of the city centre. I found I paid a lot of money for what I got.
- What did you like most?The staff is very welcoming. This is probably the only positive thing about this hotel.
- Was there anything you didn't like?Very disappointing stay and definitely not what I would expect from a 4-star hotel. The towel dryer didn’t work and the towels were extremely small and thin looking more like napkins.. The heating was noisy and ineffective, making the room cold at night. The toilet flush was faulty, very loud, and took minutes to refill. The bed covers were of poor quality. Breakfast was also very poor, with few poor savory options. Overall, a disappointing experience.
