Great hotel option in Istanbul if you don't mind being a little ways away from the water.
- What did you like most?Very helpful and friendly staff. Really loved the decor including lots of plants, old-world yet new feel, good breakfast, comfortable beds, very clean, great restaurants nearby, and amazing views of the city if you get an upper level room.
- Was there anything you didn't like?My only complaint is that the shower water temperature oscillated between too hot and too cold without touching the knobs at all. It didn't ruin the stay, but was mildly annoying.
Excellent Stay, With Room for Improvement
- What did you like most?The location is amazing, and the hotel itself is very nice. The staff were especially helpful with arranging taxis and getting around the city. Since we stayed with our cat, the hotel even provided food and water bowls along with a cozy pillow—very thoughtful! Special thanks to Elif, Samet, Eren, Mert, and Batu for going above and beyond for us.
- Was there anything you didn't like?Unfortunately, the housekeeping staff need more training. Each time they came to clean the room, some things were overlooked. On one occasion, the toilet paper wasn’t refilled, and they even removed our half-used roll. The floors weren’t cleaned until we specifically asked. Another time, they came in to clean but left our empty room service tray behind in the room.
