- What did you like most?The hotel’s location was good, close to the shopping mall and very near the train station. The room was comfortable and clean, and having an ironing board was a nice touch. There was a kettle in the room with tea and coffee, and the bed was comfortable
- Was there anything you didn't like?The breakfast was very limited. For this price, I would have expected a more varied and international breakfast. Overall, I found the price–performance balance to be unsatisfactory. The TV was not working properly and kept turning off. There were no slippers in the room; we were told at check-in that they were included in the price, so instead, one pair of slippers could be placed in each room. The windows were covered with film, so you cannot see outside. Even if there is no view, it is important to be able to see outside to check the weather. Taking a deposit equal to one night’s stay at check-in is unreasonable.
