Sadly the worst hotel experience...

- Was there anything you didn't like?GOT STUCK IN THE ELEVATOR. On our first night when we came back to the hotel, we got stuck in the elevator for about 40 minutes. The technician guy came and rescued us. I saw that the receptionist guy was sweating and breathing heavily, so clearly he was worried as well but all he did was to say only apologies and be gone immediately. All the other times he treated us like nothing had happened before. During the days, there was a lady at the reception, who was very helpful and kind from the beginning. She offered us to upgrade our room. So we stayed in two different kinds of rooms. Both of them were ok but didn’t seem so clean and well-furnished. There were stains on the towels and in the small rooms it is so easy to smell the toilets. In brief, you may experience life threatening situations. I am an airline staff, I have been to many countries and many hotels clearly and sadly this was and will be the worst of all.
