      Location, kindness of staff especially the lady in charge of room cleaning
    • Was there anything you didn't like?
      Some clients don't have respect for others: shouting and laughing out loud in the corridor at 1, 2, 5AM. Very annoying. More strict control should be implemented related to respect the rule of silence between 10PM to 7AM as
