- What did you like most?Rooms are spacious and suitable for large family. Can actually request extra bed for a fee. Close to restaurants and hawker centres that sells halal foods, and is a road crossing away from Geylang Serai Market. Room service is very good as they daily provide towels, toothbrushes and tidying up room neatly.
- Was there anything you didn't like?During our check-in (at around 10pm), the receptionist was apparently in a bad mood for some reason, slightly unprofessional and looks unfriendly. The receptionist during our check-out (different receptionist, at around 7am) was way more friendly however. Just after our check-in, there were multiple times where we have to return to the reception desk because they have to redo the verification procedure, so they should be more competent at this. Lack of clothes iron and ‘Do Not Disturb’ sign in our room. Filtered water dispenser for drinking water is apparently placed inside the bathroom. An alternative location outside the bathroom or other water filtration method should be considered. The wifi is very weak and spotty as some area in the room has no signal at all. 12-15 minutes walk from the nearest MRT station (Paya Lebar), but this is expected.
