Important Information
The property can only accept chip-and-PIN cards for pre-authorization. If you have booked a rate that is paid in advance the same card must be presented for the pre-authorization of up to 500 GBP on arrival as was used for payment. The cardholder must match the name on the booking and the cardholder must be present at check-in and show a valid photo ID (passport or driving license). If you are not able to provide this, you may be re-charged on a card you do have present upon check-in, and the original payment will be refunded. Please make sure you include all guests on your booking, and choose an apartment with enough beds for all guests. If you arrive with additional guests, or require an apartment with a sofa bed and have not booked one, extra charges will apply. Very servicable, great location for my work, well appointed except for ice trays!
- What did you like most?The staff was very attentive, patient and kind. The cleaning service was exceptional! The location was great for kitchen essentials with a Little Waitrose, Sainsbury Express and M&S Food nearby, and there were 3 tube stations which was really convenient. Also the restaurants in the arcade near the Bloomberg building were all excellent.
- Was there anything you didn't like?The elevator button to go from any floor to the ground floor was not working, so everyone had to get off on the 1st floor and walk down the stairs. It seemed like something that would be resolved quickly, but it was broken for my entire stay. Disappointed to learn there was no air conditioning during a heat wave, but staff provided an additional fan for my living room which was kind. I couldn't open one of the freezer drawers. Americans are very partial to ice, and there were no ice trays. The pub across the street gave me ice every day.
