Poor breakfast
- What did you like most?The location was good. The staff were good.
- Was there anything you didn't like?The breakfast for a 4-star hotel was poor. We got down around 10am . The coffee machine was broken, so there was no selection. We had to rely on staff making coffee in pots. You could tell a lot of the food had been out for a long time by its look and how it tasted.. I had to ask for sliced bread for toast. When it arrived, you could tell it had not long been out of the feezer. In view of this, we went elsewhere for our breakfast on the second day. The room I stayed in, 103, was good and clean, although I think on some of the floors they were having problems with heating. My room was on the cool side, with the heating set quite high. The bathroom was ok with a nice shower. However, the hand basin was too small for the size of tap fitted. You get on hitting your hands against it.
