- What did you like most?The location.
- Was there anything you didn't like?The restaurant and bar closes early even on weekends. No valet available to help with cars. The elevators in garage didn't work , and it costs $55 per vehicle to park your car. They don't accept cash for snacks. Gotta charge everything to your room. Only thing we enjoyed was the breakfast every morning. Other than that , come on. Step your game up Embassy Suites. Gotta spend money to make money. I'll never stay with you guys again. I usually don't leave bad reviews but to be in downtown Austin area , we expected way better service .
