- What did you like most?Nice hotel in the great location! Couldn’t use sauna Poor customer service, Not replying on calls at all, I had to catch staff from the corridor to ask for anything 1bottle of water per day only Cleaning very late even if you asked upfront Staff is friendly

A so-called luxury hotel that...
- What did you like most?The location alone cannot compensate for the poor room conditions and lack of customer care
- Was there anything you didn't like?The room smelled unpleasant, was extremely small, and poorly heated. Both the room and especially the bathroom were unacceptably cold, making even a simple shower uncomfortable. The shower itself did not function properly. Despite raising these issues at reception and speaking directly with the manager, I was refused a refund for prepaid nights and forced to stay, with no real effort to resolve the situation.
