A disappointing experience that did not meet Hilton standards—unfortunately, I would not recommend this property.
- What did you like most?The lobby and public spaces appeared updated, and the location was convenient for my travel schedule.
- Was there anything you didn't like?My stay began poorly with an extremely impolite and unprofessional driver who represented the hotel. It created a negative first impression that carried through the visit. While the hotel promotes itself as newly remodeled, the updates felt superficial—some areas appeared freshly painted but not genuinely renovated. The overall impression was dated and below expectations for the brand.
