- What did you like most?This is my favorite hotel to stay at when I visit Los Angeles. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. Every time I come through lobby to valet, the bell man or valet opens the door. It's a little detail but it's really nice and welcoming.
- Was there anything you didn't like?3 things that could be better (this could be just the room I was in) 1 - Mattress upgrades. Springs are worn. 2 - The air conditioner is super noisy. Every time it kicked on, my room would shake. I literally thought there was construction work outside, but it was the AC 3 - Hotter water. The water pressure was great almost too strong, but the water could be hotter.
