Very pleasant stay.
- What did you like most?Breakfast not as good as it used to be. The baguettes and scrambled eggs could be better. Service is still good. We’ve been staying at the hotel for about 10 years each time we come to Paris, in both summer and winter. We’ve come to know people like Hélène, Renaud, and Laurent who work at the hotel. They’re nice people and make you feel welcome. We usually stay in a deluxe room with opera view and balconies. This time we stayed in room 402.
- Was there anything you didn't like?The drainage in the sink in the bathroom was very sluggish. We avoided using it as much as possible. Instead, we used the faucet some of the time for washing our faces. The shower would let the water out onto the floor, even though we tried various ways, including squatting down while using the water hose wand. There has to be a better seal around the shower door. Thank you.

- Was there anything you didn't like?Everything but above all the service: we need a shower cap? Under 5min .. we need best café in paris? Paris card retrieved and 15 min showing us surrounding and best places (including ones that are known but don’t worth the money). Luggages was carried out, we were introduced to the room with description of all what it contained ( with a repetition of “call 9 if you need anything “) .. it felt the 5 star for sure and with the Opera showing from the balcony, the louvre 10min walk , champ-ellysee just around the corner ( including metros, restaurants , bakery and pierre hermé for best macarons at zero minute from the hotel ) it felt amazing
