This hotel is unacceptable on...
- What did you like most?The proximity to bercy station.
- Was there anything you didn't like?It was catastrophic. The room was dirty with food and sticky marks on the table and when i showed it to the manager after he refused to change my room, he shouted at me “that’s it? is that what’s bothering you? Were you planning on sleeping on the table?”. And then he aggressively ripped the bedsheets off the bed claiming that i left a crease by sitting on the bed for 2 mins. There were hairs from another person stuck in the hairdryer, holes in the walls and peeling paint everywhere. There were weeks worth of dust in the bathroom fan. I was shaken and felt unsafe.
