Great stay, excellent staff, needs vibe makeover
- What did you like most?Excellent guest service from Front Desk to Doorman (Dino) to housekeeping but especially Engineering. I had an issue with the in room safe on a Sunday night and needed the contents prior to leaving at 4:30 the following morning. Both engineers who replied were great but Dennis went above and beyond KUDOS! I wish the current ownership would consider creating the vibe and feel the property had prior. The bones ate the same but it’s definitely not the same hotel it was.
