Plenty of room for improvement.
- What did you like most?Staff were friendly, breakfast was OK, room was clean, bed was comfortable.
- Was there anything you didn't like?I did not like the bathroom set up. Not enough hooks to hang up wet towels, facecloth or handtowel. Was not able to get a non slip mat for the bathtub. I am a senior and afraid I might slip in the bathtub. Nothing to hold onto next to the bathtub. I don't like a toilet that is not separate from the bathtub or shower. No walk in shower. Frosted glass for a door to the bathroom . You can make out someone sitting on the toilet. No privacy. You cannot park your own car. You are forced to have valet parking and pay $40 a day for parking.Not enough vegan options for breakfast eg. nondairy yogurt, nodairy cream cheese, tofu scramble instead of eggs. There was no peanut butter. Lack of blinds in the restaurant with sun in your eyes if looking outwards.

- What did you like most?The location is very close to UCLA which was convenient. The room was clean and bedding was comfortable. Breakfast was decent compared to other hotels.
- Was there anything you didn't like?The parking is ONLY VALET. And it is not controlled by the hotel, it's run by a third party. The valet staff who received us were VERY RUDE and should be reprimanded, but the hotel doesn't have a control over them according to the hotel receptionist.
