    • What did you like most?
      The staff was very nice. Clean room, and they upgrade our room to be comfortable.
    • Was there anything you didn't like?
      When trying to shower, the brown water came out.. I had to run for a few min to use.. for health concerns, I won't use water at all.. During the third of the stay, we found the brown water running. felt so bad that children used those water for showering. Also hoped it had a small refrigerator in the room.

      I liked the location. The room was ok. The staff were heavy handed and the difficulty with leaving luggage at end did not improve my view. Maybe its a new york style. I have not used other hotels there but i have all over the world and felt more comfortable in them.
    • Was there anything you didn't like?
      New York. The rubbish show i went to (book of mormon) . The pushy people guarding the lifts as i search for my card. The left luggage structure.
