- Was there anything you didn't like?I am a big fan of hotels, I vacation in different hotels in different countries once a month, and this was the only hotel I booked and everything was very bad ! And now I'll tell you what you'll find in this hotel. ✔ Although they have check-in after 3:00 PM, we arrived after 4:00 PM and the rooms were still not ready and we had to wait. ✔ They ask you to leave a deposit, which is not stated on the public Booking page, we were asked to leave a deposit of 350 euros, which was unexpected, and we were also surprised when we found out that the cost of water in the room was 30 euros ✔ The heating system in none of the rooms worked, it was very cold and we slept with our coats on the first night. They have set the maximum temperature to 24 degrees which you cannot change and this is not enough to heat the room. They do nothing to solve this problem and will convince you that 24 degrees is a warm temperature in winter when you have to sleep with your clothes on. Instead, they offer electric heaters. It is ridiculous, but I paid 1600 euros in a hotel where we were heated with an electric heater. ✔ Also, they don't return the deposit on time, we left this cold hotel 4 days ago and they still haven't returned the deposit and they don't respond to my messages, I'm sure they will write to me after reading this message) ? I'm sure they'll write me a nice text in response to this review, but I have video and photo evidence of everything that I'll share on my YouTube and TikTok pages, telling them about their irresponsibility and explaining to people not to have good expectations when vacationing at this hotel.
