Hotel Louver Montana is located in Paris 1st arrondissement, just a 5-minute walk from the famous Louver museum and Place Vendôme. It is a 2-minute walk from Tuileries Garden and Place de La Concorde All rooms are air-conditioned and soundproofed and feature large or twin beds, free Wi-Fi internet access and an LCD TV with international channels. Some rooms have a balcony and Tuileries Garden view Buffet breakfast is served every morning. The central location of this nonsmoking hotel provides guests with easy access to public transportation. However, most of the city's renowned sites are within walking distance, as well as many characteristic Parisian bistros, bars, cafés, boutiques and shops.

- What did you like most?We chose this hotel for our mid-December Paris visit for one major reason. We wanted to be near the Louvre and d'Orsay museums. Both are about a 10-minute walk (down the Rue de Rivoli for the Louvre and for the d'Orsay, a stroll across the Seine). We figured weather might be iffy and we were right. It was cold, wet, and rainy for the three days we were in Paris, but hey! we were in Paris! Of course, the hotel's name was also a draw. Who would name their Paris hotel the Louvre Montana? It turned out to be a small, gracious, and charming place with a warm and friendly staff, who were also exceedingly helpful. We took one of the fifth-floor rooms with a king bed and attached bathroom. The room was small but very well appointed. The hotel has obviously been updated and all of it done very well. We loved the small birdcage elevator, sturdy, secure, and very easy to operate, enough room for one person and one suitcase. Our room had two tiny balconies, but weather was basically inclement while we were there. They did provide a lovely view of Paris rooftops. Breakfast looked good and smelled delicious, but we had booked early museum entrances, and an early morning flight on our departure date. The desk helped arrange an early morning taxi to the airport and also helped confirm our flight as our phone was not working properly.
