Worst customer service I have...
- What did you like most?Nothing. Stunk like cigarettes, and they refuse to send you a receipt
- Was there anything you didn't like?See above, they are incompetent at every level. I have spent 3 days requesting a receipt and although promised to send me one in check out, have now been told to contact the hotel directly costing me overseas charges.
