Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform OYO Hotel and Casino Las Vegas of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. A damage deposit of USD 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests who book the breakfast included rate will receive a USD 25 food & beverage credit, separate from the total reservation amount. Valid for up to 2 guests per room. The $44.95 plus tax ($50.96 after tax) nightly resort fee includes: -Fitness facility access -Internet access -In Room Safe -In-Room bottled water -Concierge/valet services -Housekeeping -Valet parking -Additional inclusions Taxes are applied to the daily resort fee. You hereby agree and consent to the use of such sensor in your room and acknowledge and agree that it is 100% privacy compliant and required by the hotel. By acknowledging the foregoing, you agree to waive any future claims related to the presence of the sensor in a room you may book. Tampering with the sensor is strictly prohibited.
