Never returning!
- Was there anything you didn't like?There were no shampoo conditioner or body wash in our room the bottles were empty… The dressers and shelves were full of dust, had no extra pillows for the kids on the pull out couch! The window was so dirty we couldnt see outside our window. We froze all night 14 degrees in our room all night, we absolutely froze! Then we got woken up at 6:30 in the morning by a boom truck delivering jiprock in the room above us the floor was stone cold, we should of never been placed in this room if they knew renovations were happening in that corner of the hotel. we went down to the office and they said to go to the restaurant the breakfast would be on the hotel and we wouldnt have to pay, ended up having to pay! The restaurant staff was very mean and rude towards our questions, our waitor even used vulgar language towards us. Very not pleased at all with our stay. Weve never experienced something like this! Ruined our trip honestly.
