- What did you like most?The location was excellent for Times Square.
- Was there anything you didn't like?We had 2 different rooms because the heating was not working, in the middle of winter. Extra duvets never appeared. Shower room was poor. Sink was cracked. Blinds were very dirty to the extent you didn't want to touch them. Dust on all skirting. Dust and dirt on sheets. Carpet was shocking. When our bathroom steamed up the mirror had writing on it from previous occupants, obviously never cleaned. God knows what the noise outside was, it was constant and mechanical. I can't believe what we paid for this standard of accommodation. Unbelievably poor, what i really want to say should not be put into writing.

- What did you like most?The staff were kind and attentive where they could be. The location is good.
- Was there anything you didn't like?My wife found a cockroach in the bathroom, which I had to kill. The staff apologised and refunded the facilities fees, approx. $130. But were not able to offer a different room. We were not able to find affordilable alternative locations at such short notice, we would have left immediately if we could. There were many other issues. There was a 2cm gap beneath the door to the room (possibly how rhe uninvited guest got in). There were only 2 elevators, both were very small and slow. No dedicated service elecator so you frequently had to stop for cleaning staff etc. The paintwork and carpets were all old and battered. The vending machines were broken, our room was very big but hardly furnished at all. There was room for a desk and a sofa but it was bare. The electronic blinds didn't work and the room a/c fan was unbelievably loud making sleep very difficult.
