- Was there anything you didn't like?We had a leak in the bathroom ceiling that lasted the entire night of our second day. Although the leak was repaired the following day, the staff did not dry the ceiling or wall. When we returned to our room, the ceiling was still very wet. We requested to be moved to another room because we were concerned about mold, but we were told that no other rooms were available. As a result, we had to remain in the same room for the rest of our stay with a wet ceiling. Unfortunately, this was the worst customer service we have experienced. I do not recommend this hotel.
