- What did you like most?From the moment we got to the hotel the hotel staff was very helpful and attentive to help us with my bags and be sure we were comfortable in our room. When we discovered a leak of water coming from the closet ceiling Mr. Carlos offered to move my family to another room trying to make us to have a good experience in our stay in the hotel, excellent staf !
- Was there anything you didn't like?Because it rained for three days parking was difficult close to the hotel however the staff Mr Carlos made every effort to ensure we were able to off load our bags and reload our bags with little to no problems.
