Please note that the hotel does not accept Visa Electron to guarantee reservations. For reservations of 3 or more rooms, a deposit is required and the standard cancelation policy does not apply. All reservations have to be guaranteed with a credit card held by the guest. If the credit card used to guarantee the reservation is in a different person's name the reservation will be not accepted. The hotel can be considered a spread hotel, with 3 different locations: the main building, the Dependance located in via Marghera 29 and the Royal Appartment located in via Vicenza 38.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
