Please note that the hotel does not accept Visa Electron to guarantee reservations. For reservations of 3 or more rooms, a deposit is required and the standard cancelation policy does not apply. Incredible staff, great location near...
- What did you like most?The staff were so incredible here, allowing me to check in early after my long haul from Australia was such a kind gesture and it really made my day! They also provided me with a free room upgrade, and stored my luggage until the checkin time before putting these in the room for me so I didn't have to do this myself. The room was really cute, the bath tub was a very nice touch. Bed was comfy and the location is perfect being just a short few minute walk from Termini station - highly recommend!
