Magical Rome and magical rooms,...
- What did you like most?I really liked the wonderful breakfast staff, especially John and Manuela (or Emanuela), I’m not sure. Whenever there were small issues in the room, everything was quickly resolved. The rooms are beautiful, like a museum. It’s true that the hotel is older and could use a refresh, but considering that in Rome you mostly spend time outside, it was perfect for what I needed. I will definitely return.
- Was there anything you didn't like?The soundproofing isn’t great, so you can hear everything from room to room; and in the morning it’s hard to sleep in because guests slam doors. We live in a world where people don’t really think about others…
