- Was there anything you didn't like?We couldn’t check in straight because was a movie team recording at the reception .. so we needed to wait .. not the best thing after a long travel and not even a good attitude to keep us quiet . No valet to help bring the bags to the room and they ddnt let my friend help me to do it .. he could leave the id ..im an artist and had many bags . Room really old .. cold No glass in the room No water Very cold room .. I got sick .. seriously WiFi so slow .. couldn’t work my music I went to the breakfast in the morning and the waiter asked me to pay before otherwise no breakfast … Guys this is Rome the capital … you can’t host tourists or business people in your structure … it’s just a shame !!! Worst experience in the last 15 years I left saying bye the woman at the reception looked at me and ddnt even answer
