- Was there anything you didn't like?Our stay at this hotel was very disappointing. Every time the toilet was flushed, a strong sewage smell came out, making the bathroom and room very unpleasant. Additionally, the temperature inside the room was unbearable. Although it was winter and the central air conditioning system was turned off, the weather outside was around 16–17°C, yet the room remained extremely hot and uncomfortable. We reported both issues to the lobby staff, but we were told that nothing could be done because the air conditioning system was completely shut down. Unfortunately, this made it very difficult to rest properly during our stay.
