Good location, dirty rooms...
- What did you like most?The hotel is located near Victoria station, which is great to get around London! There's also a few cafe's and restaurants around, and super markets - which is nice. The man greeting us was also very kind and welcoming.
- Was there anything you didn't like?It's not clean... To mention a few: Sink wouldn't drain, the shower stopped working, loads of dust and dirt, mysterious stains on both walls and pillows. There was also a bunch of holes on the towels that we got for the shower - which is super strange. Another annoying part is that the walls are very thin - so you'll hear people coming in in the middle of the night, but that might be more of a London thing than for this specific hotel.
