- What did you like most?Good location close to Robertson Quay, cafes & restaurants. Transit stations close by. Comfortable beds. Great views. Appreciated the sustainability rating.
- Was there anything you didn't like?It's a very busy hotel and as such the staff seemed harried an understaffed. Lobby slightly awkward. perhaps small for volume. The reception desk looks/seemed awkward for the staff as they have to hunch to see their screens. Curious how the loft layout came to be--not particularly advantageous. Housekeeping trolleys don't see to have a home. Our trip was short and packed with activities, making sleep the most important aspect-- which we got, but I'm surprised that it is considered a 4 star hotel. There are some aspects making the hotel look a little run down (floor laminate between towers in need of replacement, and again the trolleys.)
