The Hotel is old and...
- What did you like most?The room was good sized and in good condition, with the exception of the hot water (See below). The hotel is in a good location and there was easy access to the Beach, downtown, and Brickell.
- Was there anything you didn't like?First, the electronic key to our room died and I had to go to the front desk twice to get the issue resolved. Second, the hot water was scalding hot, which a required a visit from the hotel's engineering department but the problem still wasn't fixed. Third, on our last day, house keeping did not clean our room even though we left for several hours. Upon our return I had to go to the front desk yet again to request that house keeping clean our room. Marriott, you need to do a lot better!
