- What did you like most?breakfast was good and pool area was very nice. It was the best part of the hotel
- Was there anything you didn't like?I had an ADA room (which I must have booked by accident) and the drain below the toilet plugged and sewage water came up into the bathroom. It was pretty disgusting. When I went to the desk they said someone would come right away and no one did. I waited an hour before I went back and demanded a new room. The next room had a serious leak coming from the ceiling. Thankfully it ran into the shower, and did not flood anything else. I believe the rooms in building 2 need some SERIOUS attention, maintenance and upgrades
Definitely staying here again.
- What did you like most?The location was perfect. Could easily walk along I-drive. Close proximity to attractions and Universal parks. Free shuttle to the theme parks. Staff were all polite, even the housekeepers I passed on the hallways were friendly.
