Disappointing
- What did you like most?I liked that breakfast can be included as a package. I also liked that you can walk outside and walk across to bayside or CVS, Ross, nail salon. So there are places you can go at a walkable distance and he close to brickell.
- Was there anything you didn't like?actually did not see that the rating was 6.0 because i automatically assumed it was going to be really nice based upon my other experiences at holiday inn. The rooms are outdated, I had to switch rooms the first room smelled like cigarettes and mold. They are always short on wash cloths. The pancakes are not fresh compared to other holiday inns, the others I’ve been to have an actual pancake maker at the food station. The heater doesn’t work, the rooms are freezing. They don’t clean ur room well. My bf said it’s basically a pit stop for cruise ship passengers.
