Dissapointing, not value for money
- What did you like most?The staff were friendly. Location easily accessible and the breakfast was great.
- Was there anything you didn't like?The hotel seems run down, not representive of the Holiday Inn name, it was dirty,the elevator, the corridors, the room not well cleaned. Sofa bed mattress quality was terrible, and it was stained. Under that sofa bed had not been cleaned for a while. We had a coffee station in our suit,but no cups,no sugar, nothing to make the tea or coffee with. The key card did not work most of the time, and we had to go down to the reception to fix it. The phone in the room did not work. It was impossible to control the temperature in the room, central heating system in the room was installed but did not work. I was glad I only had to spend 2 nights there, otherwise, better pay a little more for better quality and service.
