A “security guard” from the...
- Was there anything you didn't like?Very bad experience. When we checked in, we were initially assigned to the wrong room twice. After these issues, we were finally given a room that matched our reservation stated on the email confirmation and the photos shown online. However, the most concerning and shocking situation happened at approximately 3:30 a.m. (between Saturday and Sunday). Someone repeatedly knocked on our door and attempted to enter our room, identifying themselves as a security guard. My wife and I were terrified by this situation. We immediately called the reception, and a rude employee who identified herself as Cassandra told us that according to the hotel system, our room should have been vacant. We found this explanation very suspicious and concerning. We did not opened the door and I confirmed over the phone that we were given this room when we were checked in and gave my first and last name information. The employee was very rude and unapologetic. The next morning our room key cards stopped working, and we had to go to the reception again. A different employee reactivated the cards and we told him about our scary experience last night. Unfortunately, nothing was done or written down and he didn’t know why the employee called at 3:30am in the morning, but will talk to Cassandra.
