Somewhat as advertised
- What did you like most? That there was a balcony
- Was there anything you didn't like?Deposit was $50 more than on the web site, advertised free water and coffee maker with room was actually 24 hr access to lobby coffee and water dispenser with 4 oz cups with no lid to take for later, the elevator was broken and only one way in and one way out all other entries were locked, leaving only the lobby to enter and exit, which I'm sure is a fire hazard if the lobby were to catch fire (God forbid) everyone is going to die a horrible death. It offered a mini bar that was empty and broken, the courtyard view was not picturesk
Rude staff
- What did you like most?Location next to the Strip (~20mins walking)
- Was there anything you didn't like?Upper floors with no elevators and outside access: you bring your bags under the rain through the stairs. There was no AC remote control inside of my room and we slept in the cold during the first night. No telephone to contact reception, if you need something you should be prepared for walking outside. When I came back the next day to ask for the controller the receptionist was very rude when she asked “what is your room number” and I said “I don’t know”. She could simply search for the room under my surname instead of treating me bad for not knowing that. The maintenance guy came (not an English speaker, hard communication) and he took around two hours to bring us the controller.
