Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. In response to the coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. A damage deposit of USD 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that some events are held on Mamitas Beach Club and Martina throught the year, which may cause guests to hear loud music all around the property and Playa del Carmen. . Please note that small breed dogs no larger than 20 pounds are accepted with a charge of $30.25 USD per night; maximum one dog per room and only on ground floors.
