- What did you like most?Location and the fountain
- Was there anything you didn't like?The staff were extremely unprofessional and I experienced very poor service. Firstly, I was put in a basement and was told that they reserve fountain views for other customers. Booking.com bookings are seen as an inferior booking yet my average rate per night overall was over $500. The treatment by staff when asking for a room change was extremely poor despite the hotel being on low occupancy. They also refused to clean the room and claimed I opted out of cleaning, I had to call every other day for them to clean and at least restore fresh towels. Finally to add insult to injury, the $150 credit advertised is a complete fraud and does not work in the Gelato store or the Buffet contrary to what Booking.com and the hotel advertises - I tried and could not use this once.
