- Was there anything you didn't like?We stayed there back in January because it’s great location to the sharks game. We decided to stay again and this time the room we were in, the toilet clogged. We called down to the office before the game and they said they would fix it. We got back from the game and it wasn’t fixed. I called down to the desk and they said maintenance had come. There was no way. Our toilet was non operational. They were booked out with the game and a conference going on so there was no room to switch us to. Understandable. The front desk had to call management to get approval to bring me a plunger so I could do it myself… to say I wasn’t pleased was an understatement but I know it wasn’t the front desks fault.
