- What did you like most?I want to express my disappointment with my recent stay at this property. While I was not expecting a five-star experience, I did anticipate a clean, quiet, comfortable, and functional environment for a single night. Unfortunately, my experience fell far short of these expectations. Throughout the night, there was considerable noise both from outside the building and from doors slamming within the premises. I would strongly suggest that staff remind guests to maintain appropriate noise levels during late hours to ensure a restful stay for all visitors. In addition, several issues were present in my room: - The toilet was leaking and emitting a loud hissing sound, which was also noticeable in other units nearby. - The bathtub plug was stuck in the closed position and could not be used properly. - The soap dispenser in the bathroom was empty. - The television was not functioning correctly, and although I reported this issue, no staff member came to address it. - The telephone and clock on the nightstand were both inoperative. - The fan was excessively noisy. - I requested a wake-up call for the next morning, and nobody called. - The breakfast offered was horrible: ham with rubbery texture, and sausages dry. These problems significantly affected the quality of my stay. Based on this experience, I regret to say that I cannot recommend this property. I hope that management will take these concerns seriously and make the necessary improvements to prevent similar issues for future guests.
