Please be aware that maintenance is being performed at our property on our water booster skid which will impact the upper floors between July 5, 2022 and July 7, 2022. The repairs will not impact our restaurants, kitchen or laundry facilities. Our pool and spa will remain open. Please note the restaurant and bar may be closed or offering only limited services until further notice. The pool and fitness center is currently closed until August 20, 2021 due to renovation. Exceptional
The room is not what...
- What did you like most?The staff is always above polite and professional. The room was clean. I had sons that went to college in Richmond and I used to stay in this hotel on a regular basis years ago.
- Was there anything you didn't like?The door was very hard to open and close (damaged). The room smelled a little musty. The bathroom sink would not drain. The worst thing was that every time the heat came on there was a initially a loud clanking noise. I was unable to get much sleep.
