Would Never Stay Here Again
- What did you like most?The location seemed to be the only redeeming quality. There were plenty of options for dining and shopping within a very short distance.
- Was there anything you didn't like?When I arrived I immediately noticed a smell in the lobby. There was a sign for 'wet floor' and it seemed the smell was from mopping with an old dirty mop. Once in the room I found the refrigerator wasn't cold, the cable tv wasn't working, and the bedding was covered in stains and holes. I reported everything to the front desk. I was told housekeeping would bring up new bedding and maintenance would come up about the refrigerator and cable tv. After close to two hours of waiting for new bedding I went and met with housekeeping directly. They gave me a new comforter (hooray) and another torn set of sheets (boo). I asked the front desk about the cable and refrigerator. I was told that maintenance was notified but the cable channels below 25 had been out for a couple days. I returned to my room and looked at the problems myself. The cable wire was stripped at the end and hanging out of the wall. At least I got some channels then. Next I looked at the refrigerator and found the door couldn't close because it was too large for the opening in the wooden cabinet. So I pulled the fridge out onto the floor. Not much comfort at Comfort Suites.
