Hotel Features
Hotel Memphis is in the heart of Rome, a 5 minute walk from the Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. Each room has free Sky satellite TV channels and a mosaic bathroom with crystal sink. The Memphis Hotel is in a restored 14th-century building on a quiet side street in central Rome. It is less than half a mile from Rome’s main shopping street, Via Del Corso, and a 5 minute walk from Barberini Metro Station. Soundproofed and air conditioned, rooms come with design furniture and hardwood floors. Guests also have an LCD TV. A varied buffet breakfast is served each morning and includes fresh fruit, cheese, cold cuts and sausages. A selection of baby food is also available. A good choice of restaurants and cafés are in the surrounding streets.

- What did you like most?The front desk personal is extremely nice and helpful. They are all very friendly and willing to assist.

- Was there anything you didn't like?The pipe broke on the fourth floor, cause a very bad flood around 5 AM and the noise did not stop. We could not sleep the water soaked our shoes and the worst thing about it. They did not have any manager on site. It was very bad flood and the workers did not know how to manage to control the water or to put buckets from coming down. The only thing that they did trying to put towels on the floor and that did not help because it was a very bad flood. It was going on and on for two hours. And there was hardly any employees to manage this till two hours later I think the manager decided to come.
