Very disappointing. After the hotel...
- What did you like most?It was in a central location
- Was there anything you didn't like?The room wasn’t clean when we checked in. We requested that it be cleaned and the manager said no one was available to clean it. The next morning we spoke to a maid in the hallway and asked her to please clean and sweep the floor. The floor was absolutely disgusting. With cups, candy wrappers, dirt, trash and nail clippings everywhere! I took a video and have proof. When we returned back to our room, the maid still did not sweep the floor. She only left clean towels. We were so disgusted and did not feel comfortable sleeping in the bed. We tried to find another hotel but everything was booked. We decided to go home a day early and we were told by the hotel manager Alfreda, that she would contact booking.com to issue a full refund.
