- What did you like most?The Front desk staff were amazing!!! I asked to arrange a surprise for my wife Birthday, a cake and flowers, it was amazing! she was extremely happy! I want to thank the team, Natalia Shmidt who arranged it for me that day and was in contact with me numerous times, I know also Aleksandar helped communicate it, and I am not sure who else was in the process but I want to thank you all! Amazing service, great room! The hotel is clean and location is perfect Ohh... the coffee in the reception bar was perfectly made. Thanks a lot! I appreciate it! We would definitely return in the future.
