Dark strange room, dangerous neighbourhood
- What did you like most?Walking distance to the Sambodrome for Carnival.
- Was there anything you didn't like?Very dodgy neighbourhood, lots of homeless vagrants about. It smells like human waste on every street in the neighbourhood, sadly. The room had very low lighting. We had a sauna and jacuzzi in the room but we weren’t allowed to use it which we found very strange and it made the atmosphere uncomfortable in the room, as it took up lots of space. The staff didn’t speak English which is understandable, but they didn’t try at all to communicate with us.
