Health and safety concern
- What did you like most?We liked that we got out deposit back.
- Was there anything you didn't like? While the staff was friendly, this was the worst experience we have had. The hallways are filthy and smell strongly of weed despite it being a 100% smoke-free hotel. The lobby was also heavily perfumed, possibly to mask the smell of weed and cigarettes. Our room was disgusting. The walls were gross with an obvious dirty handprint and water stains, plus splotches on the door that looked suspicious. The floor was also very sticky. One bed sheet had an old blood stain, and the other bed had a mystery stain on the mattress cover. All the doors have a 1 to 2 inch gap under at the bottom, which is very concerning. To top it off, we had some random guy knocking at our door twice at around 10pm, and with the room phone disconnected, we felt extremely unsafe and had to leave after that and find somewhere else to stay.
