- Was there anything you didn't like?Room could not be secured. Door from balcony (I was on 2nd level, one floor above ground floor) could not be secured because there was no door knob or lock! I asked for a new room and the room I was reassigned to had the same issue. It is illegal for them to sell you a hotel room that cannot be secured!!!
