- What did you like most?helpful friendly staff for the most part, comfy bed, very close to train for city activities.
- Was there anything you didn't like?the area to meet for the shuttle was not clearly explained, and the driver did not wait for us at the appointed time. the shower leaked on to the floor, there was no safe in the room. the fan/heater would not come on. limited communication ability through booking.com

Then you expect me to place A sign on the door to not require the room to be refreshed daily,after I have already paid for my stay? Not very satisfied by a chain such as the HI.
